Terri Porche Ricks has been practicing law since 2000. She handles general legal matters for a myriad of clients including non-profit and for-profit businesses, families and individuals who desire representation with integrity and personal service. She handles contract matters, labor-related matters (including Civil Service); she provides advice and general defense for businesses, and she drafts wills, etc. She serves as counsel for parties in mediation, and she handles notarial work.

Conflict Resolution Services

Terri is a qualified mediator for civil and family Law matters. Her experience uniquely qualifies her to effectively mediate government and workplace disputes, as well as family matters (such as divorce mediation and parenting plans) and interpersonal conflicts. She also provides conflict coaching.

Consulting Services

With extensive experience in government-related matters and board governance, Terri provides expertise related to government processes, procedures and rules.  She provides board training for non-profit and governmental boards, and she is an excellent facilitator for strategic planning meetings, stakeholder meetings, etc.
